Key Responsibilities- Administer nursing care in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and other post-acute care settings.
- Collaborate with residents and medical teams to develop tailored care plans.
- Ensure residents receive appropriate personalized treatments and medications.
- Communicate care options effectively with residents and their families.
- Consult with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to optimize patient care.
- Set up and monitor medical equipment usage.
- Oversee adherence to facility policies and nursing standards.
- Document and verify the accuracy of medical interventions and histories.
- Perform fluid sample collections for laboratory analysis.
- Lead the training and supervision of nursing staff.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of 4 months experience in post-acute care or inpatient hospital settings.
