Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer nursing care in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and other post-acute care settings.
  • Collaborate with residents and medical teams to develop tailored care plans.
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate personalized treatments and medications.
  • Communicate care options effectively with residents and their families.
  • Consult with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to optimize patient care.
  • Set up and monitor medical equipment usage.
  • Oversee adherence to facility policies and nursing standards.
  • Document and verify the accuracy of medical interventions and histories.
  • Perform fluid sample collections for laboratory analysis.
  • Lead the training and supervision of nursing staff.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum of 4 months experience in post-acute care or inpatient hospital settings.
