Internship Overview:

We are looking for interns to engage in both fieldwork and office tasks, learning from seasoned construction professionals. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates eager to immerse themselves in the dynamic environment of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a hybrid work model, spending part of the week on-site for hands-on training while also working remotely as needed.
  • Assist the superintendent with various tasks, including communication with subcontractors and managing schedules to optimize productivity.

Office Responsibilities:

  • Engage in project management and estimating training, with a focus on in-person learning as required.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing their schedule and other project-related duties.

Work Hours: Expectation of approximately 20 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of commercial construction principles or a strong interest in pursuing a career in this field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
