Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
