Job Summary

Geisinger Health System is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Progressive Care Unit team. Responsibilities
  • Contribute to patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments, and performing diagnostic studies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in unit-based decision-making and contribute to evidence-based practice
  • Precept and mentor new staff and students

Requirements
  • Graduate from a Specialty Training Program-Nursing
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
