Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician

Trillium Staffing is seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex mechanical assemblies and repairs on a variety of machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and repair complex machinery to close tolerances
  • Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and hydraulic schematics
  • Work with a variety of hand tools and power tools, including saber saw, grinder, and magnetic held drill
  • Lubricate and install bearings and grease fittings
  • Hand fit parts as necessary
  • Assure moving parts operate without binding or excessive looseness over full range of travel
  • Deburr sharp edges and blend sharp corners
  • Work with checkout personnel on final testing of machines
  • Maintain work area neat and orderly
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience assembling or repairing complex machinery to close tolerances
  • Qualified assemblers must provide their own tools
  • Experience with hydraulic equipment and ability to read hydraulic schematics
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Problem solver and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work in a team environment
