Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of vendor partnerships and cultivate executive relationships.

  • Oversee vendor websites and portals to guarantee compliance and resource alignment.

  • Complete necessary reports and projects as required.
  • Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all business dealings.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the team, exemplifying professionalism in a dynamic work environment.
  • Foster positive internal relationships through effective communication and constructive feedback.
  • Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 20+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced reporting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Work Environment: The role requires prolonged periods of sitting, effective communication via phone and computer, and the ability to produce written documentation.
