Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at PCNA. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our network servers and related applications, ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of local and remote direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our IT operations.
  • Analyze and improve our current PCNA servers and SAN systems, making recommendations for future growth and development.
  • Lead the team towards a more secure, faster, and cleaner data structure for both on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Perform Systems admin duties, with a 50/50 split between hands-on work and management responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field.
  • 5-10 years of IT/Systems Administrator or related experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
