Key Responsibilities- Coach and Direct Sales Teams: Provide guidance and support to sales teams to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Sales Activities: Direct and manage sales activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, timely completion, quality, and compliance in Private Mortgage Banking Sales.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, bank stores, past customers, and other non-traditional sources to produce high-quality loans that meet Wells Fargo Home Mortgage guidelines.
- Make Supervisory Decisions: Make informed decisions regarding team supervision, work allocation, financial resources, and daily operations to effectively manage customer loyalty.
- Leverage Policies and Procedures: Interpret and apply policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to negotiate terms and take applications.
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in low-complexity functional areas.
- Interact with Customers and Colleagues: Interact directly with external customers and collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to achieve business objectives.
- Stay Informed of Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with mortgage industry trends and developments in the assigned market and maintain a high level of visibility for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the marketplace.
- Manage Resources: Manage the allocation of people and financial resources for Private Mortgage Banking Sales.
- Develop and Evaluate Staff: Be responsible for the selection, evaluation, and development of staff within Private Mortgage Banking Sales.
- Private Mortgage Banking Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in Private Mortgage Banking Sales or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Leadership Experience: 1+ years of leadership experience.
