Clinical Nurse Leader

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Patient Care: Demonstrating consistent use of the nursing process in daily practice and managing more complex patients with minimal assistance.
- Knowledge and Skills: Identifying personal learning needs to be competent in area of practice; independently performing advanced skills; beginning to assist others to develop skills using the teaching/learning process.
- Professional Relationships/Leadership: Initiating and effectively demonstrating behaviors which result in positive patient outcomes through group process; identifying need to change own practice based on PI/QI outcomes.
- Quality Improvement/Research: Expanding understanding of research process and the specific application to nursing practice.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (or higher)
- A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in West Virginia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of hire
Salary Range
$65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
