About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Leadership Professional to join our team at Wolverine Worldwide. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in the overall operations of the store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading high-performing teams, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, manage budgets, and implement business strategies.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
