Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience, plus weekly draw pay option, commissions (no caps and short sales cycle-3 business days), monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions. Health, dental and vision benefits are offered after 60-days of employment, along with performance-based promotions and continuing professional development classes.

Job Description
This key position requires a self-assured individual with discipline and determination, proficient in handling objections and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be committed to dedicating 40-45 hours weekly to this role and demonstrate a history of exemplary performance. We seek an enthusiastic and results-driven professional who thrives on the challenges of sales and is fully engaged in the field.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have an active Drivers License, reliable transportation, and an active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in their resident state. A Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience is required; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
