About the Role

Cognito Forms is a fast-growing global SaaS company empowering users to quickly build forms—and form-driven business solutions—by themselves. No developer necessary.

We're looking to add an ambitious and hardworking Customer Enablement Specialist to help empower our customers in building their custom forms and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research industry-specific use cases by engaging directly with customers and analyzing the competitive landscape.
  • Map customer needs to existing product features and create solution templates that solve real-world business problems.
  • Develop best-in-class resources and training materials to educate the Customer Success Team on the value and use of these solutions.
  • Support the creation of videos, webinar scripts, and how-to's that explain how pre-built solutions are important to a specific audience.
  • Create strong feedback loops to collect information and stories for constant program improvement.
  • Work with team members to gain an in-depth understanding of the product.
  • Help identify new possible features that would further enable our customer base.
Requirements
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, diverse environment with demanding market needs.
  • The ability to remain motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities effectively with a high level of quality.
  • A quick learner with a strong technical aptitude.
  • Proactive, problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sharing best practices and striving for continuous improvement.
  • Great presentation skills and the ability to create engaging, informative presentations.
