Job Summary
U.S. Bank is seeking a skilled Mortgage Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a Mortgage Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting payments on assigned delinquent accounts by reviewing documentation, contacting customers, and arranging repayment schedules to minimize loss to the organization.

Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in collections and/or customer service activities
- Some knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and related laws
