Lade Electric Supply is seeking a committed Sales Counter Representative to join our dynamic team. This role will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to customers at the sales counter, through electronic communication, and over the phone.
  • Handle pricing and order processing for small projects.
  • Accurately quote, place, and manage orders.
  • Monitor and track orders in the computer system to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Work towards expanding the customer base and increasing sales and profitability.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing stock, fulfilling will calls, and preparing inventory.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales within the electrical sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
