Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization's day-to-day operations, develop strategic partnerships, and drive educational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental issues, sustainability practices, and non-profit management.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the organization's day-to-day operations and ensure effective management of resources
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups
• Lead community engagement efforts and drive educational initiatives to promote sustainability practices
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement programs and projects that align with our mission
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our programs and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest environmental issues and sustainability practices, and apply this knowledge to inform our work

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Non-Profit Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in non-profit management, environmental advocacy, or a related field
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement skills
• Experience in partnership development and fundraising is critical
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities
• Project management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of environmental issues and sustainability practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in environmental education or community engagement is a plus
