Your Role: Taylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Worker who will also undertake Janitorial responsibilities at our Card Fulfillment Services location in North Mankato.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records and control of all inventory items purchased and produced. Ensure adherence to established internal control procedures. Locate stock and deliver items to their designated locations upon request. Verify the accuracy of incoming deliveries and replenish the supply room. Conduct inventory checks and identify items that need reordering. Receive, unpack, inspect, and store merchandise or materials. Process requisitions and fulfill orders. Pack, crate, and ship products and materials to distribution centers, departments, or assembly lines. Collaborate with department personnel to ensure all job information is accurate and properly documented. Understand customer schedules and produce carriers within agreed timelines. Utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment as necessary. Uphold the Core Values of Travel Tags, Inc. Clean and maintain facilities, including sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and sanitizing restrooms. Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment and performing job duties.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. 0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area preferred. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects. Capability to perform various tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced environment. Effective interaction with all plant employees. Team-oriented mindset focused on achieving common goals. Productive response to change and ability to handle additional tasks as assigned. A service-oriented individual with a positive, energetic, and friendly demeanor.
