Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Liberty HomeCare. As a seasoned nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide top-notch care to our patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Key Qualifications

  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatric care or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of geriatric care principles and practices

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated annual salary: $78,000 - $105,000
