Job Summary:

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facilities management programs, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining a safe environment for students, faculty, and staff. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate facilities management programs, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with university regulations
• Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs
• Manage budgets and track expenses to optimize resource allocation
• Provide training and support to employees on facilities-related procedures

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, business administration)
• 2+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management software
