Job OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Infant Toddler Lead Teacher. As a member of our teaching staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and learn.Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and engaging atmosphere that fosters social, physical, verbal, and cognitive development in our young learners.
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children, promoting a strong sense of community and collaboration.
  • Support the success of our center by working collaboratively with center staff, engaging with families, and adhering to state licensing guidelines.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and state licensing authorities, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for all.
Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently.
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
