Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Hazelhurst Court Care & Rehab. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.

As a member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of our patients. Your expertise will also be essential in supervising and mentoring nursing personnel, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations on each shift.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. A graduate degree from an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing are mandatory requirements for this position.

A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum is offered for this role, commensurate with experience.
