Job Overview

The Coalition for Responsible Community Development is seeking an Employment Integration Manager to oversee a dedicated team focused on facilitating employment opportunities for individuals transitioning into stable housing. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to provide comprehensive workforce development services to recently housed individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of employment connectors, ensuring effective project management to deliver a full range of employment services, including thorough intake processes, job referrals, and financial coaching.
  • Act as the primary liaison with city officials to coordinate communication with essential partners, maintain accurate reporting, and facilitate regular meetings with the employment connector team.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, including training schedules, introductions to key stakeholders, and compliance with data entry and reporting standards.
  • Conduct routine site visits to provide ongoing supervision and support, including technical assistance and coaching for team members.
  • Ensure all client referrals to the workforce center are documented and tracked throughout the program duration, including post-placement support services.
  • Maintain data integrity across various management systems, ensuring timely and accurate entry of case notes, service activities, and client progress.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing performance metrics, participant demographics, and success stories.
  • Collaborate with workforce development staff to ensure seamless service delivery and transition for participants from training to employment.
  • Evaluate team performance, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in organization-wide meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
  • Represent the organization professionally at various events and uphold our mission.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of experience in project management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with management at all levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license as required.
  • A flexible team player who works well independently and maintains professional boundaries.
  • Culturally competent individual committed to supporting vulnerable populations.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
