Injury Lawyer Wanted for Accident Claims

We are Isaacs & Isaacs PSC, a renowned law firm with over 30 years of experience in representing injured victims in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Our team has successfully collected over $2 BILLION for our clients.
We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. The successful candidate will handle primarily motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation, but may also be involved in other personal injury cases such as dog bites and premises liability cases, including trial preparation.
Responsibilities:- Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation.
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda.
- Guiding clients through the case process.
- Interaction with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits.
- Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
- Attending training programs and seminars that may be outside of normal business hours.
- Litigation experience: 5 years (Required).
- Attorney experience: 5 years (Required).
- Personal injury law experience: 2 years (Required).
- Indiana Bar License is REQUIRED.
- An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
- The ability to manage a volume average of 50+ litigation cases.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- A self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
