Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team at Isaacs & Isaacs PSC. As a key member of our litigation support staff, you will play a vital role in handling personal injury claims from inception to settlement.

About the Role

  • This is an hourly rate + KPI bonus position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • You will be responsible for managing medical care of clients, including requesting and obtaining medical documentation, verifying insurance coverage, and communicating with clients and insurance carriers.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
  • With 2 years of experience in personal injury law, paralegal work, and Microsoft Office, you will possess excellent communication and written skills, as well as computer skills including knowledge of Word and Excel software and Microsoft Outlook.
  • You must be familiar with relevant laws as they apply to personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance, and have a strong understanding of medical terms and traumatically induced conditions.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Hold a strong educational background and/or relevant certifications in paralegal studies.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or litigation support environment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Show a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work products and maintaining accurate records.
