Position Overview
The Facilities Management Analyst will provide essential support to our government client, acting as a subject matter expert in the application, adaptation, and integration of technology solutions and associated data utilized in facilities management activities related to the client's real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the operation and management of U.S. Government, Department of Defense (DoD), and/or Intelligence Community (IC) facilities, along with proficiency in various computer applications, including ARCHIBUS, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Autodesk Revit. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and testing ARCHIBUS Web Central Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) applications.
  • Providing expert guidance on strategies and solutions for integrating applications and data used in managing complex facilities.
  • Supporting the implementation of approved solutions for facilities management activities and applications.
  • Engaging with clients to assess information needs and functional requirements.
  • Documenting technical specifications based on customer requirements.
  • Utilizing industry-standard software and programming techniques to enhance ARCHIBUS functionality.
  • Assisting in the customization of database schema, SQL scripts, and stored procedures.
  • Facilitating the development of real-time and batch interfaces to external databases.
  • Integrating ARCHIBUS with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit for effective use of floor-plan drawings.
  • Communicating objectives and timelines to management, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Providing domain expertise in specific areas of software development.
  • Creating and implementing user documentation, including guides and whitepapers for clients.
  • Contributing to project schedules and software development tracking tools.

Qualifications
Education/Certificates:
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required. TS/SCI clearance is mandatory. One year of relevant experience may substitute for one year of education if a degree is required.

Experience:
A minimum of three years of experience in facilities operations, planning, or management, demonstrating a solid understanding of the Facility Management industry, processes, and technology. Experience with Java, XML, and JavaScript development is essential, along with familiarity with ARCHIBUS IWMS, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Autodesk Revit.

Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle, strong written and verbal communication skills, and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs are crucial. Proven abilities in project management, organization, and communication are also necessary.

Desired Qualifications:
A Professional Degree in Engineering or Architecture is preferred. Certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional in AutoCAD and Revit, as well as Project Management Professional certification, are advantageous. Experience with Apache Tomcat, Web Logic, Lisp programming, and React programming language is also desirable.
