Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Senior Financial Analyst at PAI Holdings LLC, you will leverage your financial acumen to provide critical insights and control expertise. Your role will involve benchmarking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while collaborating with operational teams to discern the factors influencing financial outcomes and to pinpoint significant trends that impact the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication with the General Manager and the Finance/Accounting team to identify challenges and propose enhancements.
  • Conduct month-end processes, including production variance analysis, purchase price variance reconciliation, absorption reporting, labor force reconciliation, journal entry preparation, inventory analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of standard cost summary reports for the complete product range.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, business planning, budgeting, forecasting of plant financials, and cash flow modeling.
  • Monitor and analyze fixed assets, reporting on current and upcoming capital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and third-party audit requirements by maintaining thorough audit trails and documentation.
  • Communicate financial performance relative to targets to relevant business leaders through trend analysis and other reporting methods.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to gain insights into the financial implications of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) performance.
  • Maintain an ongoing production plan that reflects absorption alongside volume and mix impacts against targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Candidates must possess valid work authorization to be employed by PAI Holdings LLC in the United States.

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, coupled with a minimum of three years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting role.
  • Familiarity with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including Oracle, SAP, ERP, or similar financial systems (experience with SAP is advantageous).
  • Cost accounting experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
