Job Overview:

SourceNow is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, interviewing and testing applicants, and actively recruiting temporary associates. About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that they receive top-notch support and care. You will also be responsible for monitoring temporary employee attendance, performance, and customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Order Handling: Ensure timely and efficient handling of customer orders, including phone and email inquiries.
  • Applicant Evaluation: Conduct thorough interviews and tests to evaluate applicant qualifications for assignments.
  • Recruitment: Identify and recruit temporary associates to meet customer needs.
  • Assignment Placement: Place qualified temporary associates in customer work orders.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates and feedback to temporary employees and customers.
  • Employee Monitoring: Monitor temporary employee performance, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers or temporary employees.

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism: Bi-lingual Spanish required.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
