Position Overview

The role involves essential responsibilities in maintaining store inventory and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Nightly Stocking Operations include:

  1. Produce Management: Ensure that fruits and vegetables are adequately stocked without overfilling.
  2. Meat Department: Replenish meat products using backup stock from the storage area.
  3. Dairy Section: Restock milk shelves, monitor expiration dates, and remove products nearing their expiration.
  4. Bakery Items: Maintain bread and roll displays, ensuring proper rotation by placing older items at the front.
  5. Frozen Goods: Keep frozen product displays full by restocking from the freezer.
  6. Customer Assistance: Provide support to customers as needed.
  7. Sugar Inventory: Ensure sugar pallets are adequately stocked.
  8. Dairy and Eggs: Refill shelves from back stock, rotating items to prevent expiration.
  9. Deli Section: Restock deli items and check for expiration dates.
  10. Back Stock Management: Retrieve items from back stock to maintain front displays.
  11. Sanitation Duties: Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in the backroom.
  12. Floor Maintenance: Sweep and mop the entire store area.
  13. Store Presentation: Face merchandise and remove excess packaging from the sales floor.
  14. Restroom Cleaning: Ensure restrooms are clean and well-maintained.

All tasks should be completed promptly and efficiently. Please initial each completed duty and report to the Manager On Duty.
