Customer Service Excellence:

It is the responsibility of Partners to ensure they do not lift beyond their safe lifting capacity.
If an item is too heavy to lift, push, pull, or carry, Partners should break it down into smaller, manageable components or seek assistance from a colleague or supervisor.
