Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with alternative investors, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with alternative investors, including endowments, foundations, pensions, family offices, and other institutional investors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting new investors and developing new business relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including research and marketing, to support sales efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in investment sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong relationships with alternative investors and a deep understanding of the alternative investment market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a placement agent or investment bank.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
