Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the retail sales/fundraising team to drive investor activities
  • Work with the origination team on pitching new business and capital raising, content creation, and investor roadshows
  • Ensure accuracy with regards to sales/fund marketing and business development across investment teams
  • Profile client base and develop strategic investor plans
  • Review and analyze portfolio performance data, benchmark performance, and risk statistics
  • Review client quarterly reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain client relationships, providing regular reports to Directors
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the strategic reporting platform by gathering and analyzing field feedback and collaborating with partners across the organization
  • Provide various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Investment Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Formulas
  • Outstanding communication skills, proven ability to effectively work with all levels of Management
  • Partner with investment teams to create and update strong, consistent marketing materials
  • Collaborate with teams across regions to develop meaningful marketing materials
  • Provide various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed
