Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Cambridge Real Estate Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing moderate to difficult repairs and preventative maintenance to maintain the condition and appearance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including interior and exterior common area upkeep, litter patrol, and pressure washing of buildings and walkways.
  • Coordinate and participate in turnovers and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to ongoing maintenance needs within 24-hour response guidelines.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and the public.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of maintenance experience.
  • Property management maintenance experience preferred.
  • Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
  • Ability to complete reports.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
