About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Oasis Stop 'N Go. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, repair, and replace store electronic systems, fueling equipment, fountain equipment, food service equipment, and hot and cold drink equipment.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry repairs, and installations.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency site visits at any time, on a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Documentation and Communication: Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to ensure continuity among work teams.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred, 3-5 years' experience in the General Maintenance field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, use hand/electric cart, power and hand tools, and lift 80 lbs.
  • Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit, talk, and/or hear, frequently required to use hands to handle or grasp items, occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with both hands and arms, and occasionally required to lift items that may weigh up to 80 pounds.
Work Environment

The work environment is typically moderate with a normal noise level and includes natural light from the outside as well as fluorescent lighting throughout the work areas.
