Key Responsibilities- Review and understand existing warranty contracts and terms to ensure accurate processing of claims.
- Provide exceptional warranty support to all channel partners, consumers, and internal customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Process and record warranty claims data with integrity, maintaining accurate records in our SalesForce CRM system.
- Exercise rational judgment when escalating questions and concerns to team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Correspond with Returns receiving team on associated warranty claims, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a warranty, customer service, or technical position within the marine/RV/boat equipment industry is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, and a process-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.
