About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team at LevelUP HCS.

This role is ideal for Field Service Technicians or Maintenance Techs looking for a new challenge.

The Technical Support Technician (Electro-Mechanical) serves as a customer liaison, promoting and maintaining positive customer relationships.

The position resolves problems related to controls, programming, electrical, air replacement systems, environmental equipment, mechanical, installation, manufacturing, product specifics, and other equipment needs.

The Customer Service Technician II examines the root cause to provide solutions by processing quality and warranty claims and handling customer returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve problems related to controls, programming, electrical, air replacement systems, environmental equipment, mechanical, installation, manufacturing, product specifics, and other equipment needs.
  • Gather and document product and customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, and educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts.
  • Evaluate, identify, and document opportunities to drive process improvements to positively impact the customer's experience, and reduce quality and warranty costs.
  • Utilize ERP system to track orders and issue necessary materials.
  • On-call responsibility for customers as necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED along with 2-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing controls, VFDs, heat, air conditioning, and programming.
