MHI RJ Aviation Group is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Aviation Maintenance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations and inspections of aircraft components to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Execute general maintenance and intricate repairs on aircraft structures and systems, specifically on CRJ aircraft.
- Remove and install various aircraft components as required.
- Assemble and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to aircraft mechanical and electrical systems and components. Multiple positions available.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in general and/or electrical maintenance on corporate or commercial jets is required.
- Experience should encompass aviation heavy maintenance.
- Ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawings and effectively communicate technical terminology related to aircraft status, both verbally and in writing.
- Candidates must possess a basic set of hand tools and demonstrate proper inventory and control of tools.
- Willingness to work in shifts (12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays), with the possibility of unscheduled overtime.
