Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Colorado Autism Consultants. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients, providing training and mentorship to developing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and coordinating with parents, schools, and community members.

As a BCBA at Colorado Autism Consultants, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to providing evidence-based therapies. Our unique structure ensures that BCBAs maintain small caseloads, have access to a wide variety of collaborative professionals, and have opportunities to integrate their specialized skills in innovative ways.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a caseload of clients and provide behavioral therapy services
  • Train and mentor RBTs to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate with parents, schools, and community members to ensure seamless care
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., ABA, Psychology, Education)
  • BCBA certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
