Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee implementation of behavior analytic programs and strategies.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and direct care staff.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Monitor progress, collect data, and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve individual goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports.
Requirements:
  • Master's in Education/Special Education is required.
  • National Certification as a BCBA is required.
