Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the automotive industry
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
