Service Department Manager

You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and service advisors, overseeing daily operations, and promoting shop services. Your strong leadership and communication skills will enable you to build a high-performing team and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the automotive industry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- $60,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on experience)
