We are in search of a Marketing Acquisition Strategist to join our dynamic team within the Oil and Gas sector.
The Marketing Acquisition Strategist will spearhead the development, execution, and enhancement of targeted marketing initiatives aimed at increasing product visibility among potential clients and generating high-quality leads.
This role involves crafting and implementing strategies that engage buyers in emerging markets, highlight innovative product features, and create a buzz across diverse channels and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute paid media and keyword strategies, manage budgets, and compile comprehensive media plans.
- Anticipate and allocate campaign budgets accurately, while continuously monitoring expenditures throughout each campaign's duration.
- Identify customer segments and devise effective outreach strategies; utilize complex targeting methods, including both internal and external data sources, to connect with the ideal audience while minimizing waste.
- Offer insights to Business Units and Campaign Managers regarding omnichannel approaches and targeting techniques that align with business goals.
- Collaborate across departments to oversee the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, websites, organic social media, and paid advertising.
- Assist in mapping customer journeys and continually refine lead generation programs to effectively guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2C digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic media buying and SEM.
- At least 5 years of experience in analyzing and enhancing digital media and SEM campaign performance through data-driven insights, SEO, and testing methodologies.
- Proven experience in omnichannel marketing strategy and execution.
- Familiarity with ad servers, demand-side platforms, data management platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience with regulated advertising categories.
Preferred:
- Background in the financial services industry.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse groups across the organization.
- Ability to build constructive relationships and relate well to various stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of paid media advertising strategies and a proven track record of enhancing digital advertising performance.
- Knowledge of keyword strategies for SEM and SEO, with a demonstrated ability to improve search rankings.
- Commitment to data-driven marketing practices and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Work Schedule:
- Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
