About the Role

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, ensuring seamless execution of hotel events, and maintaining the highest standards of quality service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the Housekeeping team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction results.
  • Collaborating with hotel departments to ensure effective communication and efficient operation.
  • Monitoring staffing and equipment needs to maintain optimal performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge.
  • Strong hotel operations experience, preferably as an Operations supervisor or manager.
