Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and document any changes
  • Work collaboratively with hospice nurses to ensure a patient's care plan is followed
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Active Home Health Aide certification and active Nursing Assistant Certification in California
  • CPR certification
  • Covid-19 vaccination card
  • Valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation
  • Hospice experience preferred
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
