Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Water Resources Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) projects, including loan development and execution, construction monitoring and inspections, data and record management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financing for community water projects, including drinking water treatment, water transmission and storage, water conservation, energy efficiency, source water protection, and water reuse.
- Oversee loan development and execution, construction monitoring and inspections, data and record management.
- Provide program management and planning for the DWSRF, Lead Service Line Replacement, and Emerging Contaminants programs.
- Provide customer service, including support for potential and current funding recipients.
- Track trends in the drinking water field and perform outreach to communities on GEFA's drinking water programs.
- Represent the best interests of GEFA in programmatic related communications with federal, state, and local governmental entities, and other partners.
- Environmental engineering, construction management, water resources, natural resources, sustainability, or related undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Experience in working with water utilities, federal programs, project management, and/or grant administration.
- Project management professional (PMP) certification.
- Master's degree in a related field.
