About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to join our team at Mindlance in Cambridge, MA. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for running in vitro primary cell culture in 96-well plate format, performing serial dilutions of drug molecules, conducting ELISA for cytokine analysis, and executing FACS flow cytometry analysis to examine cell populations changes and cell phenotype changes.
Key Responsibilities- In vitro primary cell culture (human PBMC, Cyno PBMC, and mouse splenocyte)
- Serial dilutions of drug molecules and application of treatment using multichannel pipette
- Live/Dead and antibody staining of cells and FACS flow cytometry run on BD FACS Canto II / Fortessa / LSR II and data analysis using FlowJo software
- Previous experience with mRNA LNP production and characterization
- Experience with LNP antibody conjugation
We offer a competitive salary range, Masters degree preferred, and a dynamic work environment.
