JOB OVERVIEW:

Under general supervision, this role involves the handling, storage, documentation, and inventory management of incoming and outgoing products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitates the movement, storage, documentation, and inventory management of products.
  • Occasionally performs high stacking tasks with a focus on speed, accuracy, and safety.
  • Utilizes SAP systems and scanning tools to maintain accurate inventory counts and document transactions.
  • Conducts inventory-related functions as required.
  • Contributes to the generalist concept by executing various sanitation tasks, maintenance, housekeeping, and other assigned duties.
  • May engage in general labor tasks on a seasonal basis.
  • Completes various documentation and reports, including daily lift sheets.
  • Adheres to Blue Diamond's HACCP processes, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety protocols.
  • This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication skills and a fundamental understanding of machinery operations.
  • Ability to climb ladders and catwalks as required.
  • Capable of independently identifying and resolving issues, coordinating workflow, and meeting productivity standards.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
  • OSHA Forklift Certification is required.
