Project Specialist

Position Type: Fulltime position
Job SummaryThe Project Specialist will be responsible for operating across multiple programs and dashboard queues to ensure project progression based on daily responses from contractors and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Progress energy efficiency applications through required milestones using MS Dynamics CRM software
- Interact with functional areas to ensure timely responses to customers and program partners
- Raise issues and exceptions to appropriate levels for resolution
- Provide insights on how to improve program design and processing for better overall delivery and value
- Understand and communicate changes in volume trends to help offset potential delays
- Ensure outstanding customer and contractor satisfaction
- Cross train coworkers on program requirements
- Participate in local New Brunswick, NJ marketing events and conferences
- Ability to understand and follow procedures
- Ability to quickly assess information and take appropriate actions to maintain process flow
- Strong data entry skills; Strong communication
- Comfort with fast-changing work priorities and multitasking
- Business acumen to include a working knowledge and understanding of invoice documents, equipment specifications and operational functions required to provide sound program support
- Aptitude for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics
- Requires attention to detail and analytical skills
- Energy Efficiency program experience
- Professional presence with desire to improve processes and exceed program savings goals
- Advanced Word skills; Understands and has strong Excel skills
- Associate degree from an accredited college in a related discipline experience is desirable
- Three plus years of experience supporting customer programs is desirable
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining customer, client, and partner relationships with a high level of satisfaction
- Professional presence with desire to improve processes and exceed program savings goals
- Can present program details to audiences for recruitment and participation requirements
