  • Follow up on outstanding applications with relevant agencies
  • Engage with local authorities regarding the status of permits
  • Process payment requests and financial transactions for permits
  • Log permit details in project management software
  • Update permit statuses in project management software
  • Organize and upload received permits and applications
  • Distribute permits to clients
  • Perform additional administrative duties as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader is preferred
  • Familiarity with the permitting process in New Jersey or experience with NJ local authorities is advantageous
