Job Summary

Fresquez Companies Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the facilities operations and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and grounds, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and supervise the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations
  • Manage and monitor maintenance budgets and expenses
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policy
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in maintenance, janitorial, cleaning services, or a related field
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant safety laws, principles, procedures, and practices
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret general business rules and technical procedures
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information and respond to questions from management and team members
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced setting and is frequently subjected to heat, steam, fire, and noise. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a non-exempt hourly position. Scheduled hours vary by needs, including necessary adjustments made during high and low seasonal changes. Typical days and hours of work for this position are Monday-Sunday 4am-11pm or later (varying shifts). Other days/hours and holidays required as needed or assigned.
