Job Summary

The Regional Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance department to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise maintenance personnel and daily work in assigned areas to enhance service levels and control expenses.
  • Execute the company's preventive maintenance program and record-keeping systems to maintain the center's physical function.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including replacement parts and materials used.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair work in accordance with regulations and building codes.
  • Collaborate with residents, nurses, physicians, and other staff members on environmental services requests and infection prevention.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma.
  • One to two years of supervisory experience in a commercial establishment with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping/maintenance procedures.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in long-term care preferred.
  • HVAC experience.
  • Maintenance experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred but can be trained if needed.
