Position Overview

We are currently seeking qualified candidates, with a particular emphasis on those located in Northern California.

Compensation: Competitive pay rates starting at $45.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (9-hour shift)
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (4-hour shift, eligible for overtime)

Note: This role requires the carrying of a firearm.

Key Responsibilities

As a Security Operations Officer, your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring the safety and security of client properties and personnel.
  • Familiarizing yourself with site-specific protocols and responding to emergencies as necessary.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Active or Retired Law Enforcement Experience Required
  • Valid California Guard Card Required
  • Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Permit Required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence and communication proficiency.
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize advanced technology at client sites.
  • Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively.
  • Willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme weather.
  • Capability to lift or carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to navigate stairs, ramps, or ladders as needed during shifts.
  • Capacity to stand or walk on diverse surfaces for extended periods.
