Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Chaplin School at recruitment events, conferences, and outreach activities to promote the school's programs and services.
  • Manage the recruitment email account, responding to inquiries and following up with prospective students via multiple communication channels.
  • Update and maintain the recruitment Salesforce database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on prospective students.
  • Coordinate recruitment fairs, conferences, and other events to engage with prospective students and promote the school's programs.
  • Collaborate with the Office of Admissions to expedite decision processing and provide guidance to applicants on admission criteria and missing documents.
  • Work with the Registrar's Office to oversee the CSHTM Certificate Program, answering inquiries and assisting with the application process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working in a higher education setting is highly desirable.
